When you call Greenway, one of our many customer service representatives (CSR’s) goes right to work for you, sets your appointment time, and immediately sends your order to one of our dispatchers.
Is this an urgent problem? We know how to treat it if it is.
One of our dispatchers calls you to let you know that help is on the way, and via Nextel radio and text message, gives the service technician all the critical details of your particular service need.
Each morning our service technicians start the day by replacing all parts from our extensive stock of HVAC, plumbing, and appliance parts, making them ready to deal with most common problems without having to come back to the shop.
As soon as our technician arrives at your home, he calls our headquarters to confirm he's arrived. (And if we have not heard from him soon enough, we call to find out where he is!) When he's completed your job, he calls in to give a report on your project and to order any parts he might not already have available.
After your service is complete, one of our CSR’s will call you to check that you are completely satisfied with the work. If you are not, Greenway will make it right. That's our guarantee.
